The Brief: Having built a longstanding relationship with the team at Cam’s Kiosk and the Abbotsford Convent more broadly, Zilla & Brook was approached to manage the publicity for the opening of Julie, led by head chef Julieanne Blum and Cam Miller (Cam’s Kiosk). Located in the National Heritage Listed Abbotsford Convent, the objective of the campaign was to launch this exciting new venue in a way that reflected the venue’s ethos and location. The team at Julie wanted to see media coverage that was sustained and organic in nature.
The Results: Through Zilla & Brook, Julie achieved extensive coverage in outlets including Broadsheet multiple times, The Age Good Food section, The Herald Sun’s Kitchen Confidential, Delicious, as well as Time Out, Concrete Playground, Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, and The Urban List.
In November, Julie was awarded a hat in the Good Food Guide with it receiving a 15/20 rating by Dani Valent.
