Deep End opened in the bustling suburb of Fitzroy in June 2022. Deep End specialises in three, iconic American pizza styles - the Detroit square crust, the New York thin crust, and the Chicago deep dish pizza. The venue was voted as one of the ‘Best 50 under $50’ restaurants in Melbourne in Delicious magazine for 2022.
Created by chef and co-owner, Paul Kasten and his partner, marketing and brand manager, Kate Paterson (Good Beer Week, IBA). The venue has only continued to grow with seasonal menu changes, a local wine and beer list, and a collection of alcohol collaborations including The Mill Brewery and Dirty Black Denim Wines.
