WANGARATTA FESTIVAL OF JAZZ & BLUES 

The Wangaratta Festival of Jazz & Blues returned in 2024, to reclaim its position as one of Australia’s premier jazz festivals after the announcement of its closure in 2023.

From October 31 - November 3, Wangaratta welcomed back some of the countries best jazz artists, including Emma Pask, First Nations saxophonist Marlene Cummins, Black Jesus Experience, Nicki Parrott Trio and Jeff Lang. International guests include saxophonist Alexander ‘the Hurricane’ Beets, violinist Luca Ciarla, guitarist Tom Ollendorff, Paris-based Leigh Barker and jazz artist Nana Koizumi.

In 2025, Zilla & Brook secured coverage in the Herald Sun, ABC Melbourne and Victorian Statewide, Beat Magazine, Dingo Jazz Magazine, and the Australian Associated Press.
