Over three events join in the discussion and experience with Kirk Pearson, ST. ALI’s head barista, Ayden Graham, 2016 National Tea Brewers Cup Champion and founder of KUURA Tea, and Sacha Nourse, Standard Whisky Global Brand Educator.
Kirk will walk guests through the perfect preparation for filter coffee, using techniques and tools used every day behind the bar, making this drink easy to replicate at home. Ayden will repeat the National Tea Championship brew, proving how the humble cup of tea can be easily elevated something else entirely. Starward’s Sacha Nourse will round out these exciting demonstrations by presenting tea and coffee into two superb bespoke cocktails featuring Starward Whisky.
