ST ALi NIGHTS HOSTS A GIN JOURNEY WITH FOUR PILLARS

It’s been 13 years since ST ALi’s last foray into serving dinner. This summer, experience Almalfi coast meets Brooklyn in South Melbourne with a pasta and woodfired pizza menu by some of Melbourne’s most talented chefs, along delicious summer cocktails . 

The pizza menu features Italian favourites from DOC’s Tony Nicolini including; Poor Man’s Marinara made with San Marzano tomato, garlic, basil, and extra virgin olive oil; Cacio e Pepe made with Giorgio’s cacio, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil; Cornuto made with Abruzzo tomato, provolone, soppressa salami, roasted red peppers, and nduja.

Pasta chef Andrea Vignali will be serving up a selection of his homemade classics such as the famous homemade tortellini cacio e pepe alongside a grazing menu of deliciousness including beef tartare, chili mussels, rib-eye on the bone and a whole baked snapper.

Plus smashing cocktails by Orlando Marzo, winner of the World’s Best Bartender Award 2018 who will bring one-of-kind drinks such as a Fig Leaf negroni, Salento Espresso, Panetone Punch and the elegant Elderflower and Lemon Bellini to the Grainshaker Vodka pop-up bar that adjoins ST ALi.

Twilight movies will also be a part of ST ALI’s summer offering with the Peroni outdoor cinema featuring free film screenings from the Italian Film Festival which ST ALi sponsored in 2020. Dinner and a show bookings will be available for later sittings.

In celebration of the partnership with ST. ALi Nights, Four Pillars Gin hosts a gin-journey/tasting event. The evening includes a comprehensive tasting of five signature Four Pillars gins, including the original Rare Dry Gin, the cult favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin, and the new addition to the family, the savoury Olive Leaf Gin.
