While the Melbourne hospitality scene adapts to deal with the Covid-19 crisis, Royal Stacks is determined to service Melbourne burger lovers with new measures taken to ensure customer and staff safety is paramount. In light of current events, local business Artelia Jewellery has donated a stunning handmade 31ct E/SI1 oval diamond solitaire ring set in 18k white gold worth $5K, for one lucky customer to win.
To go into the running to win the ring, customers must order an Artelia Pack which includes 2x Miss Elizabeth or 2x Queen Bee burgers, 2 small fries priced at $31 and the winner will be drawn at random on 30 April. This giveaway is only available to customers picking up their order from Royal Stacks Collins Street or Brunswick.
In order to adhere to social distancing requirements Royal Stacks has introduced contactless payments and will deliver orders straight to customer cars with curb side drop off so that they don’t need to come into the store. Those who are picking up their order on foot can expect social distancing markings on the floor of the store, limited numbers of people who can wait inside and hand sanitiser stations inside the restaurant. The venue has also recreated an old Blockbuster DVD area inside Royal Stacks Collins Street.
Royal Stacks owner Dani Zeini said: “Artelia Jewellers has kindly donated the ring for this giveaway and we’re excited to bring some joy to one lucky customer in these challenging times.
“In addition to the giveaway we’ve implemented a number of measures to ensure Melburnian’s can get their burger fix without worrying about their safety. We want everyone to stay home as much as possible and look after themselves, but there’s no reason why a stroll or drive to Royal Stacks needs to be off limits if we’re all adhering to social distancing measures. Our customers are keen to treat themselves in these challenging times and want to help hospitality venues survive in times like this, so we all need to work together and be safe. We know people are going stir crazy at home so we’ve also installed a DVD and confectionary stand our Collins Street store so people can pick up some entertainment with their food. For those who do visit the store, they can expect to feel safe with social distancing measures in place, and for those who prefer to order online, find us on Deliveroo. We’ll continue to bring quality burgers to customers for as long as we can.”
Royal Stacks fans can also order Quarantine Packs which includes 2x Single Stack burgers, 2x fries, 2x cans of soft drink and one roll of toilet paper. For those craving a beer, Royal Stacks has got creative by using its bubble cup technology to package up beer for takeaway in store too. Those heading to the Collins Street store can pick up a takeaway Furphy or Heineken for an extra pick-me-up.
