MELBOURNE FRINGE FESTIVAL
Zilla & Brook has worked with Melbourne Fringe Festival for nine years now, showcasing hundreds of diverse events and boundary-pushing artists. In 2025 this included promoting the Festival’s provocation, Action Heroes, encouraging audiences to become to not caped crusaders, but powerful participants in shaping the kind of world we want to live in.
This included promoting Melbourne Fringe’s 2025 Civic Commission project, POWER MOVE, by Quiet Riot, a free, kinetic dancefloor housed at the Fed Square Forecourt, that captured and stored energy generated by Melburnians’ movement.
Melbourne Fringe Legend Sammy J debuted his very first musical, FIASCO: A Burke & Wills Musical. Sammy J also accepted the covited job of hosting the Opening Night Gala, which invited audiences o come dressed as their childhood hero.
The Melbourne Fringe Festival is Victoria’s largest multi-arts festival, inviting audiences to discover the unexpected, the bold and the ambitious right across the city. Featuring a curated program of large-scale public events and risk-taking art, and an open access program with over 450 events, it is known as a celebration of diversity and as the launching pad for talent across the country.
