David’s and Oriental Teahouse are the new-comers to this year’s Night Noodle Market line-up set to take place 5–28 November along the Yarra River’s promenade. Joining the ranks in 2018, you’ll find David’s and Oriental Teahouse nestled along Birrarung Marr to an expected frenzy of food-lovers known to the market’s 18 days of the best in Asian cuisine. Visitors at the market can expect:
Oriental Teahouse’s dumpling destination
Experts in all things dumplings, the restaurant boasts over 26 delicious varieties. Oriental Teahouse will be bringing their top three flavours to the Noodle Market this year.
The cool river breeze makes it perfect for steamy handmade dumplings, in which the menu features their famous Ginger Prawn, Chilli Wagyu Beef and Pan-fried Pork & Chive dumplings.
Each serving comes with six dumplings for $15.
David’s Shanghainese classics
Food-enthusiasts will taste the authentic flavours of David’s home-style classics that have been loved by Prahran locals for years.
Dishes include Peking Duck Pancakes that come in a triple stack, Salt n’ Pepper Calamari, and Sticky Pork Belly with rice – a true cult favourite.
Each menu item is $18 served fresh and hot.
Noodle-goers will be delighted to find both venues side-by-side for those keen to taste the whole menu. The countdown is officially on for the Night Noodle Market in which there will be plenty of Shanghainese classics and dumplings to go around.
