In response to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 the current season of MPavilion will come to a premature close. This decision has been made to ensure staff, collaborators and visitors remain safe in these difficult times. While the MPavilion itself has a low risk profile, our focus must increasingly turn to managing our response to the spread of the virus.

With this in mind, we have brought forward the MTalks conversation with acclaimed South African photographer Zanele Muholi. Originally planned for Thursday evening, the event will now take place tonight, Wednesday 18 March at 6.30pm. Zanele is currently in Australia for the PHOTO2020 festival and will be in conversation with radio producer and educator Areej Nur. The talk will be staged at MPavilion as a live streamed conversation without an audience.

Please join us at 6.30pm via our website or our Facebook page. For those joining us online, feel free to tweet us or comment via Facebook during the talk with any questions that you may have for Zanele.

We thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time. Over the coming weeks we will deliver highlights of the MPavilion 2019 season with weekly updates to our podcast channel.

Exciting news of our plans for MPavilion 2020 coming shortly.
