Now in its fourth year, the Sorrento Writers Festival (SWF) has rapidly established itself as one of Australia’s most dynamic and significant literary events. From April 23-26 2026, the Festival will present one of the country’s biggest line-up of authors, journalists, playwrights, screenwriters and poets in the Victorian beach-side town of Sorrento.

The four-day literary event will feature more than 180 authors and guests and 150+ events across 10 Sorrento and Portsea venues.
