Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a Fiesta at Wilson & Market, Saturday 5 May, $75pp

The fiesta kicks off at 5pm – 10pm in The Terrace. Expect an array of margaritas including watermelon and guava, grapefruit and mint, classic lemon and lime, purple corn and more. Other fun and fruity cocktails on offer will be the Mexcal mule, tequila sour, tequila sunrise and more.

The food menu will have the likes of all you can eat guacamole, chicken el pastor tacos with grilled pineapple and habenero, LA style crispy prawn tacos with tomatillo salsa, shrimp and green mango ceviche, kale, mushroom and poblano quesadillas and more.

Tickets are priced at $75 per person and includes unlimited street food and beverages, a copy of Paul Wilson’s Tacqueria cookbook and a copy of the Agave Cocktail cookbook.

Vanguard luxury brands will be hosting a Tequila and Mezcal masterclass with food pairings and discounts in the W&M retail store from 3pm – 4pm for $45pp.
